Accommodation can be a difficult decision to make especially when a student is in a foreign county. Our company will help take the stress out of finding the right accommodation and help give peace of mind to the parents of the student with the knowledge that they have an supportive service to the child in finding alternative accommodation if the student isn’t happy at the initial place or if the student needs to move location for another university.

Below are some options available:

Option 1:

This option is a preferred choice for parents that want peace of mind for their child. It gives a complete service of offering full accommodation, breakfast and dinner no worries about bills like gas and electricity, broadband Internet access. A cleaner provided so no need for the student to be tied down to unnecessary time consuming and dirty tasks. Once a week for 2 hours, a English teacher to come around the house for the students to answer any issues they might have in English, no matter how small or large the problem might be. Additional services are available: Washing clothes and ironing service provided. Students can even get the bed made up every day. All students will be Chinese except one student who will speak English as this will help them communicate.
Prices will range from £150-190 per week depending of size of room and location of area.
If two people share rooms the cost would be £110-130 per week.
NB: This service is pending on a booking of 80% take up of places filled in the house prior to the student coming to U.K , advance deposit of 3 months is required.

Option 2:

£70-110 per week: it will depend on sizes of the room.
£50-65 per week: Two people sharing this service where possible would try to place the student in accommodation with at least some other Chinese, however if student requested to be placed in an environment of non-Chinese that can easily be arranged.

Option 3:

Home stay: This is where you stay with a family. Breakfast and Dinner provided. Previous experience shows that the environment that’s initially imagining is not the reliable.Often the family is to busy and a simple service of accommodation and supply of food is the main emphasis.
Advance deposit of 3 months is required.
Price would vary between £150-190 per week.

All arrangements for accommodation are charged out at a flat rate of £100 per student.

Helping a student move accommodation

Accommodation Moving Charges: £60
