Exchange Licence

Our company's purpose is to help and organise your hong kong driving licence.

Key information about the procedure:

•  The Hong Kong driving licence will take approx 15 working days. (7 working days if we send to Hong Kong your passport and driving licence). The licence will be posted to you by recorded delivery and you make the rest of the payment

•  Email us your details of full name, address, telephone number, date of birth, (Chinese) ID number, email address and scanned copies of any other relevant documents and proof of address.

•  I'll send you “Client's consent forms” and you need to sign forms , so I can act on your behalf, with all your original documents and pictures.

•  If sending your original passport don't forget to send the photocopy of passport with your signature or sign on a copy of one of your documents that you have sent.

•  We will meet only when I receive all the information from you and then you can give me the deposit with 3 passport pictures( 2 inches) and 3 photos of ( 1 inches). ( if we are not meeting ,then deposit £200 in bank account if you're not sending your passport/driving licence, and £100 if you are sending them)

•  Deposit needs to placed before documents are sent of to Hong Kong.

•  Try to cover all questions over the phone so when we meet, it's a productive meeting.

•  You need to take a copy of all documents or have them scanned on the computer before sending them off.

•  No negotiation on price as we don't want to waste anyone's time

•  You'll get confirmation that we have received your documents ( or we will send the letter out to you if you are posting your documents)

•  I will sign an acknowledgement letter stating that I have received your documents ( or I will send the letter out to you if you are posting your documents)

•  I will email or send back your details for you to confirm that they are correct. You need to email me or send back on the confirmation form your name and date as confirmation that you have checked your details.

•  When sending your licence back we will send you your special delivery number by text so you can track the delivery. This should arrive within one day.

•  Once receiving Hong Kong licence, I will email/send a copy of the licence with the “Hong Kong Transport Department proof slip” to you. Once received this, outstanding payment needs to be made before all your documents and licence is sent back to you.

•  Your package that you will receive will include: Hong Kong licence and Transport Department proof slip, Chinese Transport Department Driving Book, 6 page instructions on ‘What to do to exchange the GB licence'.

Proof of address need to be seen, if meeting or photocopy of bill or other documentation when sending your main documents

The process will not start until I have received the “Clients confirmation details” and deposit as I believe if you are not willing to provide this, then you are not serious about doing business.
